Who we are
ARDCI Business and Development Corporation, commonly known as ARDCI Business Center is a duly registered corporation under the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) which provides commercial spaces for lease to entrepreneurs in solidifying their foundation in the business industry.
ARDCI Business Center is a wholly-owned subsidary of ARDCI Microfinance, Incorporated, a home-grown microfinance institution from the province of Catanduanes with 110 branches nationwide.

Founder and CEO Ye Guofu gained inspiration for MINISO while on vacation with his family in Japan in 2013.
